i ended up with one conclusion when i was writing my graduation thesis at my college. no matter what i create or how i express, people who observe and experience my art totally have the right to feel whatever they like, and there is nothing i can do about it. then i realized. what i create is only ½* of everything, and let the other ½* entrust to the people. i want my art to be completed by the people. this is why i decided to go under the name "½*"

大学で卒論を書いていた時、ひとつの考えに辿り着いたんだYO。　それは自分が何をどのようにどう表現 しても、結局それをどう感じ、 どう思うかは全て見る側の人に決定権があり、それは僕がどうすることもできないということをYO。 　その時に思ったんだYO。 僕が完成させるのはあくまで半分までであって、残りの半分は見る人にゆだね、自由にみてもらおう。　そしてその人の 考え方、感じ方によって僕の作品が最終的に完成すればいいっTE。　そういう意味を込め、“½*”をサインとして使ってるんだYO。
